The Mussel Industry Council of Prince Edward Island (“Mussel Industry Council”) maintains the website currently located at www.peimussel.com which may provide recipes; data; activities; contests; health, nutritional and educational information; information related to mussels, the mussel industry and other materials (the “content”).

  These Terms and Conditions apply to peimussel.com. By accessing or using peimussel.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, your only recourse is to not access or use peimussel.com.

Modification to the Terms and Conditions

The Mussel Industry Council reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued access to or use of peimussel.com after such changes indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

The Mussel Industry Council cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that peimussel.com or the content will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or disabling devices or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. Our website and the content is intended for use only in jurisdictions where they may lawfully be offered for use.
